IMO, I don't think there's actually very many groups of bigots here at Yahoo (or, in truth, on the Web as a whole). Most reactionary bigots, in my experience, couldn't organize their way out of a paper bag. They're not coordinated enough to lead three drunks, much less a Klan chapter.
The lunatic sites (which can be amusing reading on a sleepless night) are proof that nowadays just about ANYONE can indeed learn how to handle a computer.
And in terms of the large number of racist/sexist/anti-gay/anti-minority/anti-whateverhaveyou posts that keep showing up at Yahoo?---suspect it's not actual formal hatred per se, but a lot of very childish people who are giggling about having the equivalent of a VERY big wall to write on. Hopefully, they'll get bored, or banned, or their numbers will drop off when schools restart (and my apologies to younger Yahoo posters who ARE sensible-minded souls; your existence as a separate group is noted).

i think any sort of racism or sexism is just plain discusting, i don't know how or why people go so low just to insult another race.
i believe that all people should be treated equally no matter what they look like what colour or what sex. some people just don't get along which is fin but it shouldn't be because of racism and people being sexist.

Dude they claim theyre all freaking christian and perfect, well the freaking bible does say love everyone, love thy enemy or whatever.... but come on theyre mostly all southern they cant read, how would they know what the bible says
