Okay...listen. There isn't much you can do about that. Cutting your hair does NOT make it grow longer ( sounds logical, right? But why do so many stylist tell you that if you cut it, it will grow quicker? It will be nicer looking if you get your ends trimmed, but won't grow faster, lol.) You can take vitamins and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. What you put on the inside reflects on your outsides, in your hair, skin, and nails. Hair responds to scalp stimulation...try rubbing your scalp when you shampoo a few minutes longer. Most people's hair grows an average of a 1/2 inch a month. I'm a lucky person, that mine growns about an inch a month, but average is 1/2 inch. You can try Rogaine products to get hair to grow in, but not longer...which means if you have thinner hair, Rogaine works for that purpose. Not if you want your hair to be 2 feet longer by tomorrow, lol. Also, you can try any and all of Murad's products. They have things in their products to stimulate the scalp and promote healthy growth. Good luck!

Take prenatal vitamins. You can get them at wally world or the grocery store. Take them once a day and when you wash your hair, massage the scalp to stimulate growth. After you wash, rinse it in cold water. I promise this works. Just be careful with the prenatal vitamins though, some say they can make you very fertile. I don't know about that though, but I would be careful anyway.

Make sure you're getting trims about every 6 weeks. Also, I've heard the Mane N Tail horse shampoo makes your hair grow quicker but I've never tried it myself.

If you trim your hair on the new moon, it will grow faster. It works for me. You don't have to trim that much. The next new moon is August 23. The following link will explain why, and tell you when the moon is new for the next few months.

I think you should just wait. Doing things the natural way and being natural is your best bet. I read somewhere that your hair grows about 6 inches a year.

The only thing you can do is...............WAIT! Cutting and trimming will do nothing but make it shorter. Hair is not a living tissue past the root and nothing you put on your hair either is going to speed its growth. Sorry!!
