does anybody know specific child photographers?

there is a pretty famous portrait done by a certain photographer, the portait is of two children either holding hands or kissing. can anybody tell me the name of that photgrapher?

Kim Anderson is the artist.
She has lots of pictures that are black & white with a tinting of color. They are of children playing, holding hands, kissing, etc.; many are cards/paintings for bridal gifts or baby gifts.
