I mean, I already know the answers, it's just that I'm particularly angry tonight... I guess my question is, is there a way to stick to your standards of honesty and respect for others without being toyed?

Because what women say they want and what they really want are 2 different things, so when we say we like honest and sincere when we get that we actually start to think the challenge has gone and your a bit dull. We don't want honest all the time, a bit of mystery is good and we like to be kept on our toes....it's no fun otherwise.
Actually i read the other day that women change their mind about what they want depending on the time of the month, at some times we want an honest caring man, a week later we need a bit of rough and a challenge, after that it's a real lad who makes us laugh and is loyal.....so really no wonder guys never really know where they stand when we don't even know what we want!

Some women do not feel empowered to ask for or to work for what they want. So, they use manipulation to get what they want. The more honest you are, the more they know. So, you are easier to manipulate.
Not all women are like that. Try to figure them out before you spill your guts.

as i get older, then honesty in a guy or anyone for that matter, is appreciated, even if you don't want to hear it, as a younger women.. guess i was a bit of a cow to be honest, and nice blokes got short shift... you seem nice, hope some one with maturity comes along and appreciates it.. :)

Because the nice one's let you get your own way. Its fun at the begining. But after a while it just gets boring, and eventually we'll leave, or screw you over.

Because women are always attracted to the bad guy and when they have a bad guy they want someone who cares about them. It's not us, women just don't know what they want sometimes.

unless hes like "honestly, you're ugly", honest guys are the only ones you can trust. if a guys sincere to me ill fall for him instantly
