Too wrongs don't make a right. Two hates don't make a love. You need to work on your heart and your love/hate before you can deal with anyone elses. You need to find some way to gain inner peace and love so that the ignorant, foolish, and plain hateful things people do don't matter to you.
Find inner peace for you. You can only take care of the universe that you live in, within your soul. You are living in your own person. No one else is living there in you...
....I believe that God is in there with you, though. I've found inner peace, love, and so much more by being a Christian who opens my being and lets Jesus fill me up with his life.
That is the way I believe is best. But I wish you a blessing on your journey.

Because they are ignorant and scared. Their fear is rooted in teh fact that they don't even really believe in the God they say saved them and they have no relationship with Him. True christians are about love, not hate. You should go listen to some of Rob Bell's stuff about religion.

I think that people are scared of what they don't know. I have heard people say that everyone has to believe in something, which I guess is true, but some people are just soooo narrow minded that they think that if you are not like them then there is something wrong. I think those people are idiots!!!!! Don't let the dumb stuff bother you!!
