ok i have DARK brown hair and want to get it blue-black?? how should i go about doing this??? or where do i go??? approx how much would it cost?? any advise??? :) thanx alot!!

blue black is extremely shocking to the skin--what is your skin tone? what color is your hair naturally?--- If you are dead set for blue-black hair and know how to die your own ( a talent not everyone possesses ) Go to Sally's beauty supply and look for a product called manic panic--I'm sure they will have other brands that are just as good. the staff is usually knowledgeable about any further questions you might have.
I don't know where you live but most cities have a Sally's.

Do it yourself if you already know how.
It shouldn't cost alot if you went to a beauty parlor so I prefer beauty parlor.
