I think you have to pay for the service that allows you to get your yahoo mail sent as pop3 instead of web mail. It used to be called Mail Plus, but I don't know if they still offer that service or not.

Yahoo email has an option you can click which will bring up the settings you need for outlook. I use it myself, and it works fine.

I would have thought that msn mail has one too, but not tried it.

I have incredimail & i think yahoo outlook/msn/incredimail-proofed their servers or something. I used to be able to but I can't anymore.
