You'll have to tell us where you live. Curfews are regulated at the municipal (city) or county level.

I live in Louisiana. In this state the curfew Sunday through Thursday is 10pm. Friday and Saturday night is 11pm. The only way you can be out past this time is if you are with your parent/legal guardian. (Friends and relatives don't count unless the relative is watching you for the night). If you are stopped past curfew and with someone that is not a minor, they can be charges with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. (Juvenile age here is 16 and under). But 17 year olds can still e charged with runaway and uncontrollable as long as they are not emancipated,

at first your grandma is per chance properly perfect. yet do not forget that curfew regulations variety from city to city. that signifies that they are different everywhere. The answerer that stated that his state had a curfew is incorrect. besides, in case your city does certainly have a curfew it ultimately stick with to you considering your 15 and the present curfew i have ever heard of is two o'clock so that you're probable in violation on your motorcycle rides. oftentimes curfews even stick with if you're on the sidewalk good in the front of your position. so as that could want to certainly stick with to being interior the community. not purely might want to you be fined or in the different case sanctioned so might want to your legal parent. some juveniles have genuinely been placed in detention centers for varied violations. She's probable good so i might want to signify making your motorcycle rides a touch before interior the evening or maybe later interior the morning so as that no one receives in hardship and also you're secure. best of success to you and be careful! playstation --in case you favor to entice close for particular only call your close by police station. they're going to answer your questions with regard to the curfew ordinance. Or ask your college source officer if conceivable.

Depends on where you are at. I don't think there's a curfew where I live. At least, I hope not- cause I spent many late nights out when I was a teen.

There is no curfew by law, only by parental law. This varies from family to family. If you want to go skating, ask your folks.

I think it depends on the state. In California, I think it's at 10 PM.
