Does anybody know who made and the name of this old yummy white chocolate candy bar?

I don't think that it is made any more but it was white chocolate covered and had rice krispies in it. It definitely had some peanut butter and maybe some caramel...I miss it!

To some extent, it sounds like you are talking about a Zero bar, but I don't remember those having peanut butter in them, maybe finely ground peanuts, though. Zero bars had white chocolate on the outside. There was like a blend of malted chocolate or maybe toffee on the inside. I think the Mars Company made them.
I just wish Peter-Paul would bring back the Caravel bar.

Definitely a Zero and they are still being made. Hershey's makes the candy. The website says, "ZERO candy bar. Try this unique combination of caramel, peanut and almond nougat covered in delicious white fudge."

The Milky way bar is a sweet bar disbursed through the Mars sweet company. the yank version of the Milky way bar is made from chocolate-malt nougat topped with caramel and lined with milk chocolate and is resembling the ecu Mars bar. the ecu Milky way bar, on the different hand, isn't topped with caramel and is hence resembling the yank 3 Musketeers bar. To me even with the undeniable fact that, Milky way Chocolate Bar remains my conventional even with the undeniable fact that. Cheers and characteristic a sensible week ahead :)
