My youngest sister is very bright and outgoing, but a bit of a princess. My youngest at 17 is more extroverted than his older brother and seems to be more driven. He is definately not spoiled. He has a part time job, and is expected to do a lot of chores around the house, does not drive yet and takes the bus wherever he needs to go.

I can't think that it would have any characteristics that were specifically due to it being the youngest child, as every child born is the youngest child until another one comes along.

whiny, sometimes spoiled. I'm the youngest. I don't apply to what I said but I know some who do. Don't spoil the youngest, treat them as the others. I want to be able to do the rest of my family can do, but I can't. Try to treat them evenly. That way everyone wins. God bless you!

My little sister acts like a baby and is very very immature. She almost lives to please my parents and it is soooo annoying, i just want her to be her own person. So thats what the youngest child is usually like.

Has to live with being treated as a child for the rest of their life.
Has to be the "good" one thus has to please everyone.
Never gets help from their parents since all the money went into helping the older "troublesome" child.
