I tired and frustrated with all of the food not filling me up unless I eat really heavy calories food.

Foods that fill up your stomach are those that digest slowly. That means not foods that are full of sugar or simple carbohydrates. You can eat something with a lot of fiber (cup of beans) and/or something with protein or good fats (obviously not the unhealthy fats). All will fill you up quicker and keep you feeling full faster than most of the snacks people like to grab.

I felt tired and unenergetic for a long time and started eating as a snack some lean chicken meat or tuna packed in water. It worked for me.

your body needs calories, so give it calories, you dont have to eat until you are completely full all of the time. Just eat foods that have more calories.

drink more water--20 minutes before your meal drink at least 8 ounces. Generally when you think you are hungry you are dehydrated. Try it, it works!

you just need to eat them more often, dont let yourself get hungry. heathly more often, every 2 -21/2hrs.
