Someone asked if you are thirteen..I really do not see how it matters, since many thirteen year olds have sex today.

Anyways, I can tell you, I regret my first time. I just wanted to make my boyfriend happy, and yes, I thought it was cool. I did think that he and I would eventually marry, but we broke up. But a few years later, I met my husband. He was a virgin, and I felt so bad that I was unable to give him that gift of my virginity. I love knowing that I am the only woman my husband has been with, and to this day feel bad that he cannot say the same for me.

I don't believe that waiting for your life partner necesarily gives you anything. I'm comfortable with sex and not guilty about it, so I don't have issues with the fact that I may not stick to the same person for all of my life. Though the man I lost my virginity to remains the only person I have ever had sex with so I don't yet know if I waited for my life partner.

Here's something to think about: are you so sure your life is guaranteed for another day? My brother died when he was 18, and never got to be intimate with anyone. I chose to share my virginity with a very close friend after 24 years. Nothing is ever promised for tomorrow today. Sharing your love is a beautiful thing.

I'm a virgin .. still waiting for that right one. I know some girls who admitted being envious of me because of this because they as you said wasted their first time... if your questioning this because you want to give this to someone my advice would be .. be sure you truly love them with all your heart ask yourself if you have any doubt at all if this is not the right thing... your heart will tell you

I am a 22 year old proud virgin & I plan to stay that way until I get married. Sex is such a beautiful thing & shouldn't be used like animals do. Especially if you're committed to God.

if you are a christian you will wait. for God gave sex as a gift for MARRIED couples. and dont go by what if you die before you get to do it. or anything like "well i know we are going to get married" cuz you dont until you actually do get married. it is worth the wait!!! i promise!!!!! you can do this. i am a virgin right now and have been in 8 really close relationships!!!! its actually not as hard as the world makes it out to be!!! you will be ok!!!!

Honestly, I can't say rather or not I think that not waiting was a bad idea. In a way I wish I had've waited, but I am glad that I didn't. I found out alot about women, sex, and "forbidden love" that I would rather not know but if I didn't know, I would still be trying to figure it out. If in a roundabout way you are asking for advice...WAIT!!! It is always better with time.

I'm 26 and just lost my virginty a month ago. Biggest mistake ever! It's not worth the anxiety or fear of disease for the few moments of pleasure.

Don't have sex until you are 100% sure you are safe.

sure I do, but i'm a passionate person and when I get heated, there is'nt much I can do but to dwell over it for the next day, it's too hard. No offense, but there is seriously something wrong with those girls who say they can"wait till marriage" and even worse for the ones that do. I do'nt know how they do it. Maybe i'm just a bad person.

I am, and I will wait until then! I am not gay, and I am not strange for all you who hate virgins. I am waiting because I can present my package untouched by another. It will mean something to her, and I know that when I talk to girls who still have some MORALS!!
