I drank a 33 oz bottle of berry Propel, a cup of coffee, a cinnamon roll from Panera's and 2 pieces of red licorice. Real healthy huh?

I just drank a frozen drink from QT that was sized for a giant!

Earlier I had cubed sweet potatoes in brown sugar/butter/cinnamon glaze, carmelized onions/mushrooms with a marinated pork chop, and spinach souffle...yum...sunday dinners...
