I would try to stay as involved with your buddies as possible.

When I got dumped by my first girlfriend I felt terrible all the time and just slept alot.

My friends really helped me out by going out to do things all the time.

They really helped me get through it.

try to focus on yourself. Do things that make you happy. Get into school, exercise, finish a project or start one, reading, go visit family and friends. Don't be distracted by him. Just keep telling yourself, that he was not the one for you. It may be hard, but with each passing day, you be better without him. Good luck.

Oh god...I know how painful that is.

Try to take care of yourself, surround yourself with things that you like (colors, music, pets, friends, etc), try to have something to look forward to every day even if it's just some small thing like what you're going to have for lunch.

Time is really the only thing that will help...just remember, things change...you won't feel like this forever.

Make new friends, be with your other friends and family, do something that you enjoy. The one who is meant for you will come along when it is right. Just keep hoping and praying. It's going to be easier as time goes on.

SORRY TO HEAR THIS..,

Been there .., unfortunately, done that..,again unfortunately..,
Girl.., it just takes time.., sometimes alot of time..,
For me, after a 7 year relationship.., that ended in "97".., I still will occasionally feel pangs of missing her.
I believe that if you love someone.., you all of a sudden don't UN - LOVE them. Alot of other feelings may crowd into your perception.., but LOVE will always be there.
You just learn to live with-out them as time goes on.

Read a book, go watch a movie, go to school, study, go out with your friends, start dating again.
Any time those moments that creep up on you, call your friends, or go talk to your family--do something until it passes.

You're doing the right thing and you'll be alright. You're still going to think about it but in your own way, you are moving on with your lif which is what you're suppose to do. It's their loss, not yours.
