I don't think it is necessary to call anyone an idiot but some are probably clueless but don't know it (or don't want to know it) while others are but don't care. I believe that nobody does anything inappropriate given their model of the world and try to consider that perspective when I hear other points-of-view. They may seem stupid to you but I believe they are just misguided (of course they don't see it that way - they probably think that of us non-believers).

I am not sure if I have a valid answer to your question, even though you basically answered your own question at the end.
I am not sure what a Christ cultist is either. I do consider myself to be a Christian and even a little bit religious but I also try to do what is right and treat everyone I meet and know with kindness and respect. I also think everyone is manipulated in some way but it is up to the individual to do what is good or what is evil. May I ask what your spiritual or philosophical background is?
Also, which do you think is the better or best politican organization? Have a good day.

I think that when you say..."Then you have the actual religious leaders who run around with whores "...you mean to speak of people like the "Reverend" Jackson. Who is so far from the right you can't get any further away.
Also, I do believe that you really don't have any idea what you are talking about. Yes, you through together a bunch of crap with some big words in it to make people think you are smart. You also selected an avatar photo that one could only hope isn't what you really look like. However, you brain obviously does not hold the capacity needed in order to believe in faith.
In the beginning of your little rant you mention that all that is needed is a little "lip service" well you would know something about that wouldn't you. The Democrats make mention of cutting your taxes and you jump on their broken down political band wagon.
You, sir, need a little dose of the real world. I just hope someone shows it to you before it's too late...even though it may already be too late for you.

I can't tell if you are mad at politics or religion? There are Christians who are both Republican and Democrat and I am sure some don't vote. It sounds like you are talking about Christians who are also political. Two topics that very few people will agree on. I think you are in a bad mood and want to bully someone so why not come on a site where no one will really know who you are and insult millions of people. There is a saying " I can be right or I can be happy." I think you are neither. Cheer up, Jesus still loves you. peace.

You attract more flies with honey, my friend. The only way to help Christians understand the 'big picture' is by reasoning with them, not degrading them. You can't blame them. While I don't believe in the Bible (or Quran for that matter), I can see why people are attracted to it. They can not cope with the death of loved ones or the eventual death of themselves. Even though it, to me, is make believe, it does help them to wake up in the mornings and try to be a good person.
To many, thats all they have. No wonder why there are so many converts to Christianity and/or Islam in prison. Otherwise, guilt would riddle their entire existence. If it helps a murderer, thief, and aggressive natured people into being good people, then I wouldn't stand in the way.
Everyone will chose their path. Hopefully, it will fill them with peace and prosperity regardless of truth or fiction.
Be good.

What an asanine rant. If you can't phrase your point intelligently and without insults, do you expect to be taken seriously. You need to come down from your high horse for a while. Your questions aren't valid at all, because all you have done is laced them with insults. Obviously you have no real point to make if you need to do that.
