no you only neen insurence when you have a car to insure lol bless you,if you have just passed well done,they dont make it easy do they?.well just stay a safe driver and dont speed as you will get points on your licence and a fine.good luck with your driving.

no you don't need it to get your license with,,but the car you take the test in ,must have insurance on it,,once you buy a car you will have to have insurance on it,,but for now,you your safe,,good luck with getting them.

No. The car is insured, not the person. You can't insure someone elses car.
