What can i do to get more definition in the lower abs?

besides sit ups and push ups

To work your lower abs, you need to do exercises like leg lifts. Lay on your back and bring your knees in towards your face, getting you butt off the ground each time. You can also do a search on reverse crunches--these are the types of exercises that will give you more definition in the lower ab area.

well u can lay on floor and lift both legs up and lower them slowly to count of ten and in sets of 10 to tighten lower abs also when u do ur crunches as full sit ups are bad for back - put both hands behind head cross right elbow over to left knee - left elbow to right knee when doing crunches.to get that torque on the sides or rips on the obliques. I always learned from body building things at flex magazine and they are on line to inquire. they also say now pilates are good

Get your body fat to 8%. Lower abdomen is the last to melt excess fat.
