Yes, it is bad. Chocolate and sweets should only be used lightly; so instead of having a Super Size Butterfinger, try having a York Peppermint Patty. Even if diabetes doesn't run in your family bloodline, you can still get it from an impact of sugar intake. Instead, if you're craving chocolate, have a Diet Hot Cocoa or a glass of low-fat chocolate milk. I have 50/50 chance of becoming diabetic; and I have intense chocolate cravings. What I do is I pour half a cup of coffee into a cup, add skim milk, and 2 tablespoons Hershey's Lite Syrup to the mix. I warm it up for 1 min and a half, and I have a skinny mocha with a "sweet and fatty" taste that you'd get with a regular mocha.

There are many oppurtunities for sugar cravings to kill. You just have to find the resources.

Yes it's horrible. You're going to wake up 10 lbs heavier tomorrow.
:) Doubtful. Just don't make a habit of it. It's more of an everyday overindulgence that's a problem (like eating 1 too many carrots for cripes sake everyday can result in a 4 lb weight loss in a year). But once in awhile ah just eat salads with lemon juice all day the next day and you should be OK. I would ask myself what drove me to eat that much in the first place and try to have a plan in place for the next time I feel like doing that. Right now I'm trying to lose weight so when I want to eat too much I am required to walk around the block first and if I still want it when I get back then I get to dig in. So far it's been an effective approach.

LOL, over a pound of chocolate in one day? That'll translate almost instantaneously to a pound of fat. If you're not obese, don't worry... You will be soon...
