If Weight Watchers isn't working for you, then try the simple way: exercise and diet. Don't overdo yourself on either, because it could result in bigeing or nausea. With diet, try to not exceed 1500 calories a day. I would say that 1200 calories a day is ideal. Try to find varieties of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins to fit in your diet as well. They taste good when you know how to prepare them, believe me!

With exercise, try working out 5 times a week (breaks on the weekends), for about 45 min a day. A good mix of cardio, strength training, and yoga is great for weight loss. Cardio and strength training for the heart and body, and yoga for relaxation. Good luck!
