I did. We had a guest pastor today and he spoke about David, when he was fleeing Absalom and how David had loyal friends who stuck with him even when he had nothing. The pastor was saying that it blesses Jesus' heart that we love Him, especially these days where so many are rejecting Him. He said Jesus will always be with us, but that it means something to Jesus when we stand on our belief in Him, too.

It was a very interesting sermon and it touched my heart.

I didn't go today and I should really be ashamed of myself. I've attended Church all my life. My father was a minister and it was required of us to attend. My mother was killed in an auto accident 2 years ago and my dad died last year. My Church burned down a few months ago and it's been real hard to cope with. I play keyboards and Church has always been a big part of my life. I played the organ at Church for 35 years. I'm still a Christian but I'm having my struggles right now. I desire your prayers.

Nope, church is a waste of time and more about money and power than actually celebrating and worshipping God. I don't believe in organized religion, and I do not think that any current incarnation of the Christian church was what Jesus had in mind. Most Christians don't even know or care about the history of the church anyway.

In my heart, yes. Physically, no.
Did I call a so called christian today and get a ration of I don't believe God's Word.
Yes I did.
This person has had more physical problems then you can shake a stick at.
She wonders why.
Because she says no to God's Word.
A person is trying to explain something to her and she keeps saying, no.
You point out the verse or verses in the Bible and she says no.
She was taken in by the false prophets in the pulpit.
They are right and everyone else is wrong.
I say go your way!

Interesting that you ask if anyone walked into a building. As a religious person, I would have thought that you would be asking "Have you spoken to God today?"
Very interesting question....
