i heard the tv messes up the brain big time and i wanted to know if the computer does the same. i spend a lot of time in front of the computer and i feel tired many times after that.

Excessive radiation can be a slight health risk. I'd recommend getting a monitor filter.

Excessive typing and sitting can be rough on wrists, fingers, back, neck and knees.

Best recommendation - don't use the PC for more than an hour at a time without taking a brief (say 5 minutes) break. This is also good for your eyes.

I play video games and seem at a video reveal for 3-6 hours an afternoon it type of feels. i think fantastic. even even with the undeniable fact that admittedly extra workout would not damage. even with the undeniable fact that, even as i became taking those lengthy shifts with video games I felt a similar. Groggy and dizzy. is going away when you get energetic for a short even as. walk round, attempt different interests, get a touch workout and also you could be fantastic. i imagine it has something to do along with your metabolism being so sluggish. even as your not energetic, your body would not launch as many hormones and slows down. may be why you sense forgetful.
