Pepper Jack! YUM! Gives that sandwich a little bit more of a taste because its a little bit spicy

On a sandwich, definitely the baby swiss, but on a cracker, sharp cheddar!!!

Hello...swiss....but sometimes due to budget...any cheese will do.
Although I must also give mention to Provolone (Italian).

The original longhorn cheese, but I haven't been able to find it in years! They have longhorn-style, but that only means it's round & possibly cut into a half-moon shape. The flavor is whole other thing totally!!!
