My Best Friend met a guy at camp, and they started going out, but he called me the other night, talking about breaking up with her, because she wouldn't kiss him at first, and wasn't as cuddly as he likes girls to be. But then, they worked things out, and kissed, and were doing OK, but now he's talking about breaking up w/her again, and she called me crying, saying that she loves him, and isn't ready to break up w/him. I felt really bad, because I didn't say anything to make her feel better, because I wasn't sure WHAT to say. They have a very strange, on and off relationship, and I kind of think they need ta break up, but...ya know? What should I tell her when she's upset over it? How can I make her feel better?

Tell her that you are sorry she is so distraught about the relationshiop. tell her that she must learn to have a life of her opwn without a man being the focal point. deveop her skills, interests, hobbies....then and only then will the right man come along, and it will be centered in respect and caring, not in bedroom eyes.

I'm wondering why your BEST FRIEND"S BOYFRIEND is calling you and talking about your friend to you???? I can see YOur Friend calling you with her problem, but why would he call you about it? After all you are HER friend .right?? You need to support her, and be there for her, you don;t have to say much, just be her friend and LISTEN to her!!!!! I wouldn't even talk to him cause you don't need him telling you stuff about them do you?? Tell him to talk with his guy friends, that she;s your friend and you are there for her!!!! and you don't want in the middle of there problems!!!!!!!

if i were you, i wouldnt take the calls from the boyfriend--this opens things up to there being misunderstandings. he needs to talk about his issues about here with her. your job is to support your friend and be a good listener and get her out and having fun and keeping her mind off of her troubles a bit so she doesnt get too obsessed with him.
