Horrible question but I think Stevie has the advantage.
He has developed his neck muscles from his head movements. One head strike followed by the beaded cornrows would put Ray away.

Well Ray is kind of stiff these days so I imagine Stevie would be the victor of that match let's call the coroner and start placing odds....

I think Stevie is too nice a guy.
It might work better if it were a cage match.
