I've been unemployed for about 6 months. i have a 7 year old and a 1 month old. I feel like i'm going crazy. I feel like i need an adventure or an affair or something to make me feel good again. depression is really starting to get a hold of me and i really dont want to deal with that. my girlfriend is not as supportive as i need her to be although she is supportive. its just the way some people are. i just want something or someone 4 me. please help me. serious peeps only.

1. Get a sitter for your kids. (You may have to barter for one or agree to exchange later babysitting for this time away. Maybe family will do it.)
2. Choose one of the following: (A) Mountains/Woods; (B) Ocean/Lake Shore; (C) City with Cabaret Clubs.
3. Take your choice to a road atlas and determine what place you could get that choice within 50-to-100 miles away. (Go at least 50 so you feel like you're not right next door.)
4. Call up the chamber of commerce in the location and tell them your strapped for cash but you want to visit for 2 nights. They should help you find a budget place to stay.
5. Invite your girlfriend. If you don't, it'll probably hurt your relationship, which will add to the stress.
6. While you're there, do something that you normally couldn't do at home. Breathe. Be creative. Be compassionate with yourself. Have a happy birthday.

Ight dude....It all depends the type of person you are. For me a cheap trip is get some gear go camping/hikeing, chill in the middle of no-where. The fresh air should help ya relax and the stress of the whole world will be lifted. I dont know if you want to bring everyone along or not its up to you. Either way its a great experience for the mind, body and soul.

Costco is lots of fun and won't cost you a dime. you don't even need a membership to go, just tell them you want to see it before you buy a membership
your kids can play for hours running up and down the aisles. they have lots of really yummy free samples too so you guys can eat for free all day.

Go to a bar, get drunk to the point of passing out. Have a lover to take you home to be well satisfied. Make sure your lover is paying the bills of all of the drinks.

It would help us to tell you where to go, if we knew where you were. If there are any camping spots nearby, that might help, and is inexpensive.
