Blow dry your hair untill it is just about dry, then take a round brush(ceramic is best) & dry your hair in sections(clip up the sections you aren't working with to keep them out of the way). Apply heat to the brush at your ends so they'll curl out, with the brush still in your hair remove the dryer (face it away from the hair) then after a few seconds remove the brush. What this does is locks in the style. Do the rest of your hair the same way, so that all of your ends curl(flip) out. To add a lil zip to the style curl your last(top) layer under. That's how I do mine, it's really cute.

Too late now Kelsy, but very thik hair usually does better in a blunt cut, if you don't want to mess with it. With layers, you are probably going to just have to get up a little earlier and fix it....sorry. Next time you get a cut, do away with the layers.
