It looks like acne with pus.
it is a cyst.
f acne becomes severe, it may take a long time to heal. This severity of acne also causes deep abscesses and scars after healing. The main and severe form of acne vulgaris is known as acne conglobata. In acne conglobata, infected nodules form around comedones. The nodules become more inflamed and spread deep inside. As they burst, they leave deep scars. Blackheads are very common in this acne. It can form on trunk, buttocks, face, etc. The treatment of acne conglobata is commonly done with isotretinoin.
Other severe types are acne fulminans and gram-negative folliculitis. If acne suddenly flares up causing inflammation, ulcers, and fever, it is called as acne fulminans. This is generally treated with steroids.
Gram-negative folliculitis is a severe form of folliculitis that damages the hair follicle and infects the pore. Isotretinoin is the treatment of choice for this. Any acne that keeps flaring up instead of settling down can become severe acne. Such acne forms deep scars, infects the skin and causes inflammation. You should be under the care of a doctor if you have severe acne.

I don't know how big is the white head like spot on your face. I assume that you're always pricking it that's why blood comes out. Don't prick it, it might get infected. Seek consult to your dermatologist so your skin problem won't get big. Remember, your face is very important. It's what you wear!other than that, any infection on the face, especially on the dangerous zone area near your nose could spread to the brain.

From what I understand, it probably is just a white head. Lots of times there will be the pit of the pimple, which is solid, then a fluid that is from the irritation. Then, if you try too hard to pop it, any number of the blood vessels that are on your facial skin will contribute to the bleeding.

i had one of these under my arm, it is sort of like a cyst or a blocked pore. Sometimes by squezzing it you can make it better or you can just push the core further down. I have had a few of these, most went away on its own, two I had to have cut out because they just never went away. Ice or heat can draw it out. Gentle pressure around it is good, but do not squeeze or pick at it.
Your best bet being its on your face, go see your doctor.

dont squeeze them thats the worse thing you can do, there will probably be scars now,or pot holes in the skin.
You need to apply spot cream or tooth past, to dry out the spot overnight.
