staring at hot women? comon guys, you know what and where. but is this actually rude cause its a natural habit. i do it all the time but i dont make it obvious.

Are you then ashamed? Why? Why not take it up a level and tell the woman how hot she is? Never know, you might learn how to express yourself in such fashion as to actually realize simple conversation with "hot women"...try it....please! It works!!

A quick look is acceptable.
Prolonged staring is rude. You make her feel uncomfortable. She has a family, friends, a job, maybe some school. Is it too much to ask to be able to go about her day in peace? What would you think if some dude was ogling your sister, daughter or mother?

No, it's not rude unless you make it too obvious. Some guys don't even care if the hot women notice them staring. Their reason is, hey, they wouldn't dress themselves that way if they didn't want guys to stare. Eagle.

Well I think it is rude if you have a wife/girlfriend. Otherwise it is okay unless you are staring so hard you make the hot chick uncomfortable. I get uncomfortable sometimes when guys stare.

Blatantly staring is rude. To look and appreciate is not rude. To appreciate and act like a jackass, is rude. To appreciate and maybe smile or say hi, not rude. We like to be noticed. We like it done respectfully. Some women live for that kind of acclamation, I am not one of them. I like every once in a while to catch a guy looking. It tells me I haven't lost "it" yet, or I have spinach in my teeth! Good question.

If you stare at women's faces in a lovely manner, that's OK. However, if your eyes stray downwards, then that's really rude. I hate when men do that to me.

Its rude if you are OBVIOUSLY peeking at the thing, things...or whatever...
You may watch...as long as you are not caught up by policemen doing some nasty stuff behind a fence....
