That is a very good question, we should concentrate our time on ending the war and getting our troops back into US instead of wasting time and money on an issue which has many simple solutions other than the ones that have been applied so far. The immigration problem is not just securing a wall, its an ecomomic factor which has many complex solutions. If we really want to solve the immigration problem we have to find a way to help our neighbor countries. For now we should try to solve the War issue which is more important than anything.. Lets not foget men and women are dying out there in the east. We need a solution for this war problem...

When was the last time a drunk mexican drove a car through someone's house/shot somebody/stole a car/assault and battery/drive-bys/smuggled drugs into the United States/insert description of criminal act here? You think it's 'all good' bringing half of Mexico into the United States? I disagree. Let's have the immigration laws enforced, for a change, and less people trying to fight about it. Mexico's got problems, yes, no, it is not the United States' role in life to fix all those problems. Have done with the whole mess. Support building the border fence, and making the border patrol more effective! Support reforms in Mexico so we don't have any more of this! If there were no problems in Mexico, no one there would be running away to the United States...

Our BORDER is UNSECURE: That means not only can these so called Hard working Illegals walk right in but, Anyone else bent of bringing harm to America as well. THIS is EXACTLY why we NEED secure Borders to Keep the Undesierable OUT. We have NO clue what the Intent of the suspected 11 to 20 million Illegals allready here have. Thats why they need to GO HOME and try again LEGALLY.

People aren't afraid of the illegals, they are irritated because they get social security and other benifits those of us who were born here have a hard time getting.
The illegals do jobs that most Born Americans -- those of us whose ancestors been here for 200 - 300 years, won't do. Wake up people and be honest, you know this is true.
I believe that Americans should be more concerned about the Middle Eastern threat. Do we really have to wait until they start bombing us from within before Americans will wake up from their complacent state?

I don't fear them. I just think that they take our jobs. They drive around in nice cars because our government makes it so easy for them to get loans they have so many advantages that an American that is born here has not got. It just really makes you mad-and they are so arrogant it is unreal. You know i never really understood the deal with the Nazi's and the Jews. Now, i kind of understand it is hard to see another nationality come in and take your jobs and get all this help and be so arrogant about it. Of course the holocaust was a tragedy and I'm not saying that was right, but i kind of understand a little now.

Theoretically, it would be smart for a terrorist to go to Mexico (perhaps legally) and then cross illegally into the United States. There would be no record of the terrorist having come to the United States. i believe we are really focusing on the border debate because of this issue. However, this point has gotten muddied because of high emotions on both sides of the debate. The debate has changed from securing our borders so we don't let the terrorist in to securing our borders so Mexicans don't take jobs from us...

no one is afraid of immigrant have never even hurt that come up the problem is they come here
they drive have no car insurance no license and get in a wreck and guise who is left paying the bill ..... YOU (this happened to my brother twice)
They work under the table meaning cheap and for cash because they send their money home to bring more over so their goes you who are more qulified but of course require more money
They get free health care
Welfare in going more to them than those who really need it.
they rent homes made for 2 but have 20.
I have a friend that works with a legislation try to pass the bill to make them legalize them self (meaning if they want to live here than they half to lean the laguage and pay the taxes and be american)here why should they get to live here for free so i know a lot of the contravusy of what is going on.

this might be a good reason.... the other day i went for an interview for a job,i thought the interview went very well and went home to wait for a call back, after 3 days and hearing nothing, i did a call back of my own and found out that i had not gotten the job because they gave it to a Mexican. then i went to this place and talked with the person they hired. she spoke very little English and a lot of gibberish now I'm afraid that more jobs will be taken by these immigrants who do not speak English feasibly!

You are right we need to watch terrorists from the east. They have proved they can destroy great buildings and kill thousands. But if we let the mexicans keep invading, this country will look and smell like mexico. It's the people that makes up a country.
Look at the country, look at the people.mexicans hate mexico, mexicans hate their-self.
mexicans will destroy this country and all that is good.
Just take a look at their country.

I am far from afraid. But whatever terrorism you think your talking about we are being terrorised non violently by the illegal invasion and no matter how you slice it there's 20 million more of them here than any other group.
