The more you spend, the more people 'need' your help. Teach a man to fish you feed him for a lifetime. Give a man a fish, he'll bring his friends tomorrow.

It is impossible to eliminate hunger with money. Only free markets, property rights, democracy and enforced contract law can end hunger.

it depends where you live.
In the Oriental, $1.00 will do. $3 is the best.
In America, at the countryside, $7-$10 will do, not counting room & board.

well theres probably 2 billion going hungry.. and if they lived in the US, all they would need is a 2 dollars... b/c we got the dollar value menus here.. and so yea.. 4 billion...

the money usually goes in the pockets of the government of the poor countries. their economy has to be boosted...along with trade...
