I'm not farmiliar with 'icici bank', but the following works for all 4 of my cards. Look on the back of the card or on your statements for a website. Go to that site and find a link for 'my account', 'account acess', 'login', or sometime similar. The first time you will need to register a username and password. You will be asked for your card number and other personal information. Your social security #, billing address, etc are typical. After you create a password, the website usually expains the rest.
