That would take an amount of electrical know how you don't possess.
The easiest way for an amateur would be to get an 'inverter' which converts 12VDC to 120VAC.
A 500W unit can be bought for less than $100.
Check eBay.

car batteries have lots of life but are messy
just get a typical inverter that is rated high enough to
handle the wattage of the amp - done
You could also use sealed cells, 12v ones used for battery backups
are the most common and least expensive, and 12 v
chargers are cheap and they are not messy, but you have
to buy a lot of them to get enough hours out of them.
just do the math on the amp/hours of the batteries,
the amps or watts on the amp, and watts or amps of the
inverter.
Having a thick power cord like booster cable wires going
from a running vehicle to your inverter and amp would
give you unlimited time, or, run the inverter in the vehicle and have
thick 110 v wire running to your amp.

first you have to know what type of power your amp takes (DC or AC) if its 115v AC then you need a inverter, match the power level needed by your amp ie 1500watts the inverter connects right up to your car battery or through the cigarette lighter. if the amp runs on 12v DC then it connects the same way, other DC voltages need converters to run off your 12v DC car battery
