Easy way? Boil the broccoli in water in a pot on the stove. When it's tender, remove from heat and pour out water. Put it on a plate and drizzle the Velveeta cheese over the top. (The Velveeta should have been put in a microwave container and nuked & stirred until melted.)

Here's an easier way: cook the broccoli til barely done, then open a can of Campbell's cheddar cheese soup, stir it in and heat through. Voila!

Or...make a white sauce, stir in a package of Velveeta torn into strips, stir until melted and combine with the broccoli.

You can either melt the velveeta cheese in a glass measuring cup or any microwave cup until the cheese is liquidy and then pour it over the broccoli or you can melt it in a pan and then pour it over the broccoli

I would recommend the first way! Super easy and not as messy!

Steam fresh or frozen broccoli about 7 - 10 minutes. Layer in glass baking dish sprayed w/ Pam. Cut Velveeta into small slices & layer over top. Bake @ 300 for about 10 minutes or til cheese is gooey.....Add a dash of garlic salt & fresh ground pepper.

I have made it a couple times b4 and what I do is to boil the broccoli, then drain, then add alittle bit of milk or cream, and then add any kind of cheese like velveeta, or sliced american cheese, or you can even use a couple of swiss cheese slices too. Then, melt and stir together. Sometimes I add alittle bit of butter also, but you dont have to....DELICIOUS...sometimes I do the same thing with canned or frozen green beans....ENJOY>>>>>

Just put some milk in a sauce pan and cut your velveeta into small chunks...stir it while it heats on medium...you may have to add cheese if it's not thick enough to suit you...keep stirring until you like the way it looks and you think it's thick enough to stick to your veg...then pour it over your broccoli and enjoy...

Steaming is the best way to retain most of the vitamins- i would say about 7 to 10 minutes depending on how big the pieces are. As for th cheese, I either sprinkle a little parmesan on or shred a little cheddar and put that on. Parmesan is less fattening though.
