They do, but remember they are not in prison for regular criminals acts, just for coming here uninvited, the rules change a little bit,or may be too much

it is a different kind of crime. if an illegal were to stand trial what would his defense be? "i am here because my country is poor?" how is that different than "i robbed a bank because my family is poor", neither would get off on this silly excuse. how can you enter a plea of not guilty when clearly you are? criminals, including terrorists, get a trial because there is almost always a chance (no matter how small) that they may have the wrong person, however an illegal is undoubtedly illegal, his lack of papers show that, so right there is the proof that they have commit ed the crime, there is no question. do you know how much a trial costs, do you honestly think that this country would not go broke trying some 12 million illegals? that's kin of a stupid rationalization. nice try but this is a very very weak argument

I agree, but as long as that trial is carried out in a speedy fashion, which is also part of that right of fair trial, and they don't march in 200,000 immigration lawyers to drag the whole process out for 12 years per apprehension. Myself, I favor same-day service on deportation. If you're in the United States illegally, see ya! Sorry it has to be that way, but with 500-1000 per day(estimated) walking north, it's foolish to think that a slow response will be effective in turning the illegal immigration tide from Mexico.
This whole thing is deliberate, it's 'catch me if you can', and the Right Answer is to close the border until it's all sorted out. THEN they can drag their court battles out forever and still develop a positive result...Mexico needs to help on this, whether they really want to, or not, and start apprhending people before they ever get to the border in the first place. Maybe Mexico needs to build some fences too, good fences make good neighbors...

Ok since you are soooo smart.. And I am sure that you know how to read this is from Wikipedia on the definition on Illegal.:
Illegal immigration refers to a immigration of people across national borders —in violation of the immigration laws of the country of destination. In politics, the term implies a larger social problem with consequences in other areas of government, such as economy, social welfare, education, slavery, prostitution, crime, legal protections, healthcare, public services, and human rights.
For nationalists (also called "natives"), and a majority of voters, illegal immigration is seen as: a threat to traditional cultures, increased crime levels, crowding of schools roads and hospitals, degradation of the environment and increased costs of government that far exceeds any slightly increased tax income and marginally reduced prices that they bring.
WHAT PART DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THE WORD ILLEGAL
NO THEY DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO VOTE. SO THEFEFORE THEY DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO A SPEEDY TRIAL. AS FOR THE TERROIST WHICH ONES ARE YOU TAKING ABOUT. ALL I KNEW THEY DID OR WAS A CITIZEN

For starters, you arrived here illegally!! You shouldnt even get a trial! Just deportation papers!! We who are LEGAL should be the ones to receive a fair trial..
Do you think that we would get a fair trial in Mexico or any other foreign country if we were there illegally? NOT!!!

The fact that people make a big deal out of illegal immigrants, (which most are here to work hard, feed families, and contribute to America) is rediculous.
A REAL criminal is a killer, rapist, etc etc. There are people all over the country who commit much bigger crimes that they get away with and no one makes a big deal out of, like police officers who abuse there power, or rich people who murder and get off free because they have money. Or rich companies who rob poor people through business technqiues used under the radar. The law allowing male jail rape and deaths to happen in jail to young men who are only there for a few months for stealing a car, and authorities let it happen, and sometimes aid it. These are the REAL criminals who actually cause problems for people in this country. Most illegal immigrants aren't doing anything like that, yet people make a big deal about them, using words like Criminal and Justice so wildly and out of perspective to the real bad things that goes on here from actual real Americans.....and no one does anything about it.
For America to call these illegals criminals, we'd have to call ourselves accomplice to those criminals because of all the Americans who allowed them to work here and benefit from them. The government knew that was going on for years and did nothing, and only now are we making a big deal about it. If America really wanted to keep them out, they would have done a better job a long time ago. But We've benefitted from them so much that no one said anything about it until now, when it's way too late to be pointing all the blame at illegals for being here, and then making them look like they all just run around shooting and killing people.
I think you need to understand the whole story of illegals before deeming all as common criminals, and putting them in the same basket as real dangerous criminals that actuatly harm America.

immigrants are a touchy subject .... they came to this country seeking refuge and a better life .... the same as all of our ancestors ... there may have been more rules made along the way but its still the same situation ..... these people come from NOTHING ... literally .... no money and absolutely no way to do anything for themselves or their families and NO chance of getting into the country legally ... you cant get into this country without alot of money or marriage .....they seek a better life and i dont hold that against them myself. We in america do not grasp how poor most of these immigrants are ... they come from a place where entire families get by on the equivalent of less than 50$ a month ... many come here to make money to send home to feed their whole family ...they dont care if they have to labor all day in the sun and the dirt for a couple of dollars .... to them its heaven .... no, i dont see them as criminals, i see them as doing what they have to do to survive and america is more than big enough to accomidate them and they arnt hurting anybody ... they arnt hurting the economy thats bs .... i say fix the REAL problem with the economy first ... that would be getting rid of the federal reserve and having major banking reform ... but that would make too much sense now wouldnt it? fix the real problem with the economy? its easier just to blame all the poor illegals and deport them all ... or worse .... but you want to hear alittle secret? it wont fix one mother frickin thing in this country ... the only thing it will accomplish is persecuting a poor group of people.

OK I have been to court with several illegals they did go to court in front of a judge the thing they were offered was voluntary deportation with the opportunity to come back legally, ordered deportation with the opportunity to come back legally within 3 years,or extended stay with the intent to seek amnesty (has to be a real reason)

illegals are lower than any other criminal.A criminal that is a citizen of the United States has rights.A mexican that has snuck across the border is not a citizen and there fore has no rights whatsoever.
Mass deportation
20 foot tall fence with razor wire
Army with orders:SHOOT TO KILL

what makes you think "illegals" have rights? personally i don't believe they do..just the very fact that you have fraudently or illegally entered our country should be an indication that you do not have the same rights as legal citizens.. you probably don't like my answer, but it is the only one i have..
