What happens if caught in Florida for expired physical card by the DOT or known as commercial vehicle enforcement.
What is fine?

It is not me another driver where I work that has high blood pressure and being cheap not trying to get a card

I do commercial enforment and the answer is the driver will be cited and could be arrested. Also the truck is shut down at site till a proper driver get the truck.

He can get a ticket for driving out of class. When your medical card expires, your class A is no longer good. Once you pass the physical and report it to the DMV again, your class A is re-instated.

I don't know exactly but it's probably 200 - 500 and maybe more if your carrying hazmat. Just go to the doctor you sluggard.

they can take your license away or suspend it for a year with a large fine.
