I didn't know North Carolina even had a beach?

Check with organizations such as The Naturist Society or the International Naturist Association. They have all of the information you need on nude beaches, and it's broken down by state and country. The INA website is generally helpful (check their "Places to Get Naked" section) or call The Naturist Society in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
Nude beaches are absolutely awesome!

LOL.... I wasn't aware there were nude beaches in the USA
All I've seen are those creepy RV camps where old people get naked!
