Place a potato in the dish, slice in half. ...it will eat up the salt.
Next time, use a sodium free broth, or if you make the broth, don't add salt to it.

Either add a teaspoon of sugar or cover one small potato peeled into the dish. Both will pull the salt out.....Been there, done that!!

you can add uncooked rice (as long as the broth and chicken are still hot) and the rice should soak up some of the salt

you can put a patato into your dish,
Add enough water to cover the patato and let it boil, the patato will draw the salt into it as it cooks.
Put the amount of patato as to how salty it is.
If your dish does not call for patatos, take them out after your salt tast is down.

I think the only way to get the saltiness down is to add more liquid

Add a teaspoon of sugar.....or even a tiny bit more.
Also you can add a bit of milk .... but for this dish it might not be a great idea. For other dishes...keep in mind that milk is also good.
