I need to loose a lot of weigt please give me your best advises!

The best way to lose weight is to 'count calories' and exercise. I found that I was taking in 3k-4k calories on average per day with little exercise. By using a 2k diet with more exercise the weight fell off real fast. And the great thing is you can still eat almost anything you want, just not as much. By the way, there is no advantage in eating certain foods over others in a diet, it's the calories that put on weight. I'll take a hunk of pizza and a glass of cow's milk before I'll eat a rice cake with soy milk!

Well what I would reccomend you is not to get on a diet. Diets make you gain weight. What I would aslo reccomend you to loose weight is to eat right and exercise like 1 hour a day. Hope this will help.

There is no diet that is the best. You should eat healthy in moderation and exercise. But if u do want to try something without having to change a alot try weight wacthers, I lost 40lbs.

live a healthy lifestyle..instead if dieting.. this way you have LLOONNG term effects.. instead of loosing weight that you will most likely gain back!!

for loosing alot of weight i can tell you to eat less meat and more vegetable and don't eat fast foods at all.
