I don't really eat veggie at all unless it's potatoe or spaighetti sauce. I don't really eat fruit by itself unless it's prepared in foods like pie, tart, and other things.

However I do eat lot of rice, wheat products, diary, pasta, and chicken meat.

I work out about 4 to 6 hours five days a week. I'm still in incredible good shape and feel great.

but is this dangerous? because people keep tell me that in future my health will fail (that has been going on ever since I was 5 or 6).

It really is best to eat veggies. The kind that you are eating are so overly processed that you don't really get the nutrients needed from them.

Alot of people avoid veggies, because they don't know how to prepare them. Others, like my kids, just don't want to eat them...so I try to get a little creative, often chopping them up in very small bits that can be put into recipes.
carrots in banana bread, brocolli in spaghetti sauce, etc.

If you just can't do that, get a good multi-vitamin! Good luck!

Just eat your vegies. When you grow old, you won't be able to digest meat like now.
