Being that I am a clinical psychiatrist I would recommend that you see a clinical psychiatrist for Transvestic Fetishism.
There are just to may complex question that would have to be asked. 1) Gender Identity Disorder of Adolsescense or Adulthood.
2) Did you have sisters with whom you spent alot of time with being close and watched them put on makeup and dress when you were a child.
3)The degree to which the cross-dressed person appears to be a women varies, depending on mannerisms, body, habitus, and cross-dressing skills.
4) When not cross-dressed do you consider yourself, "remarkable or unremarkable" masculine.
You have stated that you are not gay, so I assume that you have not engaged in occasional homosexuals acts.
5) Did you cross-dress when you were a child.
You are by no means crazy.
All you need a caring professional to help you work out "Transvestic Fetishism".
When I say make sure you obtain a caring doctor, you don't want them to put you on drugs. Check this out first with the doctor of your choice. As drugs only mask the root cause of your problem.
Just about all problems can be resolved without drugs.
The only exceptions is people who have serious mental illness and are a danger to themselves and others. They for sure need to be on drugs for life.

You have already begun the right course. You know whatever it is needs out...Please, please seek help from a Pastor, or professional but also be very careful whom you ask. I do pray that you get the help that you need,,Mostly, you NEED to ask GOD. Please never underestimate HIS help,,HIS compassion,HIS understanding nor HIS LOVe...OK?? you do need God. it takes time, but if you want him to badly enough (I mean with every cell) and ask long enough he'll take it away.
