Yes, If an individual with (idu) it might take longer, not because of injecting but because of nerve damages and other stuff that comprises of the drug actually taken and the effect which ocould be an immune supressant...could be.

If an individual only reused a needle once they aren't on that category.

HIV is HIV, exposure method isn't really an issue unless it's in infants exposed by their mothers.

That's a completely different issue, so I won't go into detail.
But in adults, exposure risks are still exposure risks. DON'T TAKE RISKS WITH YOUR HEALTH!! EVER!!
