I have this chicken burger recipe that I love but all i have is turkey...think it will work?

Yes it will. Ground turkey and ground chicken can be substituted for each other. Make a side dish of rice and stir fry some veggies and you have a good meal.

Sure it will but don't forget that Turkey makes you sleepy and chicken doesn't, so don't eat too many burgers or you may fall asleep before your dessert.

Oh, I'm sure you will never know the difference. Turkey has a bit fewer fat grams, ounce for ounce, but the taste will be the same.

It will - but you have to sear the turkey patties first in both sides to seal them.
Unlike ground beef or chicken patties, they will crumble a bit if not seared.

Try it, you'll like it and hardy tell the difference, expeciallyif you use some bar b Q sauce as a baste
