Saturday. According to the Bible, Saturday is actually the seventh day, the day that God rested, and the day Messianic Jews and certain other religions regard as the true Sabbath. Sunday is just another day. While Messianic Jews do believe that Jesus (or Yeshua) is the savior and the son of God, which traditional Jews disregard, they do not celebrate Christmas or Easter, and consider those holidays to be Pagan in origin as they maintain that those are not the true dates of the birth of Christ nor the resurrection. Additionally, they are not mentioned in the Torah, the first five books of the Bible, which provide all the guidelines and tenets of Messianic and mainstream Judaism.

Messianic ""Jews"" celebrate the sabbath on Saturday, and then "the Lord's day" on Sunday.
The only reason they celebrate the sabbath on Saturday is to pretend that they have remained Jews, even though they are now Christians. It is part of the deception first recommended by Paul, in I Corinthians 9:20-22
I Corinthians 9:20 And unto the Jews I became as a
Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are
under the law, as under the law, that I might gain
them that are under the law; 21 To them that are
without law, as without law, (being not without law to
God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain
them that are without law. 22 To the weak became I
as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all
things to all men, that I might by all means save
some.
