I sneaked back across the boarder and got knocked up, so I could have a child that is now a legal citizen. The U.S. goverment wants to deport me.... where isthe justice in that ?

Because you have made yourself a target with your big mouth. If you had just shut and stole your welfare, food stamps and education without opening your pie hole, George Jr would gladly let you remain to screw over American taxpayers.
I hope you know that in Mexico you would have been jailed and beaten already before you went to trial. I think yu should promote your activism in that corrupt excuse for a country. Where's the justice in illegally sneaking into a country and deliberately getting pregnant so that you could be supported by US taxpayers? An illegal act and an immoral act does not equate justice.

You also were deported before so sneaking back was a felony, and then you committed social security fraud and were convicted, and then you went on a huge sob story and got an individual bill passed delaying your deportation, and then you dragged the church into it by showing up there and claiming fictitious 'sanctuary'.
