Your Spirit is the Eternal part of you, the part That God dwells in when you are Born Again, it is your spirit which the Holy Spirit brings to life!
Your renewed Spirit should be dominating the rest of your being, this would take your co-operation to the voice of the Holy Spirit when he speaks. There is a term used to describe this which is Death to self!

Your Soul is the realm of the emotions, wants and desires which are mostly not in line with the Spirit of God, your soul should soon become dominated by your Spirit which is now alive in Christ.

Hope this helps!

Different. The human soul is an object created by God at the moment of our conception. It is infused with the Spirit of Life at it's creation. At our Baptism the Soul is infused with the Holy Spirit and we become united to God. The Soul then continues to receive Graces from God and especially Sacramental Grace from the reception of the Sacraments. When the Soul leaves the body, the spirit of life leaves and physical death occurs. The two are separate, one contains the other. As noted the term "Spirit" also denotes other created beings known as Angels and demons.

The soul is deep, while the spirit is in the world, as it were, and therefore t is the spirit that feeds the soul, and the other way round, making them the same.

I don't know that there is a difference to be honest. I define the soul as the energy source that envelopes the body. It is not located inside like an organ. It is our "personal space" so to speak. Perhaps the spirit is the soul freed of the body.

Some people take the immaterial part of man as soul or spirit interchangeably. Others differentiate. Those who differentiate regard the soul to be the intellect (responsible for you awareness, thought, emotions etc) and the spirit as the supernatural part .

You are the soul. The Bible refers to animals as souls. Therefore the living being is a soul. The spirit is your life force or energy. This is the part of you that is a gift from God. When that energy leaves you, you are dead.

The soul is your mind, your personality. Al that makes you you. Your spirit is your inheritance from God. It is eternal and gives you access to spiritual resources, both divine and malign. Natural man is controlled first by flesh (body, senses) then by soul (desires, appetites, ambition) and spirit does not get a say. Spiritual man is controlled first by spirit (love, self-sacrifice, humility, service), then soul, then flesh.

They mean almost the same thing (the thing that makes you animate); yet when used in speech soul is more about deep-rooted morals, and spirit is sometimes used as a more ethereal thing and sometimes to reflect aspects of your personality.
