I had the same situation, but my dad cheated on my mom with this one. The best thing you could do is talk to your dad about it and if he's not answering than you should just get the courage to call and talk to him meet him somewhere have lunch and bring a friend so that it wont be to akward for you and let him know. The way my brother, sister and I did it is we had a bar-b-que a invited him over to meet him, now we keep in touch without our dads help, and we also met him with out our dads help too. Once you get the ball going you'll see that its not so bad, and you will wish you've done it sooner.

Just call him and tell him who you are. He might love finding out he has a little sister. Obviously your dad has nothing to do with him or he would know about you, so be prepared for him to be a little upset over that fact but let him know that it doesn't matter to you, that you want to get to know him and he doesn't have to have anything to do with your dad if he doesn't want to. Good luck.

If your father kept it a secret from you and your half brother this long... let your father and his mother tell him. It's not your responsibility. It doesn't sound like the child had a relationship with your dad.

think of the conversation that you MAY have with him over and over in your head.
eventually, you'll get the confidence up to do it..
think happy thoughts! he may be DELIGHTED to know, especially if he's an only child!
(I know my daughter would be thrilled to have a sibling.. no matter where they came from!)
