pasta tinerumi this is an sicilian speciality as it is a cold winters dish but u can oonly eat it in the summer as the main ingredient is the leaf of a marrow and marrows only grow in summer

I like Balot. That's a local Filipino delicacy. A fertilized duck's egg cooked in boiling water. I eat with just a pinch of salt. The whole thing taste awesome, yolk, white egg part, the duck's egg fluid and the baby duck! YUMYUM!

My mom's pot roast with potatoes and carrots cooked with the beef -- and the lucious brown gravy, of course! Yum!
