I'm looking for a program that can help me make passwords on any document or file on my PC so that only I can log into it. I'll appreciate it if you can send me a direct link to it (I've been looking for one over an hour now!). And if possible, A simple , easy-to- learn one.

You can use E Donkey. It's a soft ware where you can basicly download anything.
