Beyonce used it to lose twenty for her role in Dreamgirls. It's not recommended. You not comsuming anything but the drink, and the amount of sugar isn't good for you teeth.

Ive never heard of it and certainly wouldnt reccomend a lemonade diet, everyone is different and we all need different things in our diet, if your aim is to lose weight , then concentrate on replacing what you eat normally with a healthier option, ie snack on fruit etc, drink plenty of water and most of all eat a balanced diet, breakfast lunch and dinner , and keep your snacks to fruit, yoghurt etc, dont do anything drastic as this has no effect.
Good luck, hope this helps xxxxx

Never heard of it, but it sounds like a fad diet.
Weight loss isn't going to be found in a fad diet. It's a whole lifestyle change.
Work out more, eat healthier and in moderation, and drinks a lot of water. You'll lose weight slower, but you'll also keep it off longer.

Fad diet. Stupid idea for lazy people.
If you lose 10 pounds over a weekend, that's how long it'll take for the weight to come back.
Eat less, exercise more -- the only way.
