How old are the kittens? If they are under 6 weeks there isn't much you can safely do on your own. Kittens and cats are very sensitive to over-the-counter-products. You can use a fine-tooth flea comb and comb the fleas off of the kittens. Use a cotton ball dipped in rubbing alcohol to stun the fleas after they are combed off. Then drop the cotton balls into a container you can seal and throw it away.
Put Frontline-Plus Top Spot on the mother cat to kill the fleas and flea eggs/larvae on her so that she doesn't keep reinfesting the kittens. Treat their environment with something safe like Borax. Ask your vet for expert advice. A phone call is free.
Worms need to be treated by a veterinarian who can view a stool sample under a microscope to tell exactly what type of worms will need to be treated. Over-the-counter dewormers will only take care of certain worms and it may not be the type your kittens have. No over-the-counter that I know of treats tapeworms that come from fleas.
Good luck. Your best bet is to see a vet!

worms u can use worm medicine...don't worry if it's not for kittens cause it won't hurt them if u don't give them too much. Now fleas...take them to the vet don't use flea medicine and stuff cause it's bad for kittens it's toxic. They can get a flea bath at the vet and while they r there clean the whole house or where ever the fleas r.

Go to the pet department in your local store and ask about flea shampoo for your cat and then get it a flea caller for after. they also have worm pills you can buy. Just role the pill up in a piece of lunch meat and hand feed it. fallow the instructions on the back of the box.

Take your kitten to the vet and have them give you medicine for it. (you can probably get away with just taking a stool sample in for them to see what kind of worms your dealing with, but make sure the sample is free of kitty litter.)

Depends on the age of the kittens, but there are shampoos that you can use on young kittens. Your best bet would be to get to the vet, get them medicated, dewormed, etc all at once.
